It's the birthday of the poet who wrote:

"I must down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and the sky
And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by."

John Masefield,
born in Ledbury, England (1878).

and also the Birthday of Bingo Starky, Richard's younger brother, who flunked his O-levels because of a brain disfunction preventing him from saying or writing "go" in words and sentences.

When he would tell people at parties that he was Rin Starr's brother, people would just give him a blank stare and say, "Who"?

It's not cool to be a name dropper OR a word dropper. It jaggs the proofreader. Ha!

I've run my share of grass
I made enough money to buy Miami,
