Yes, Astoot Bloglodites, yesterday marked the fifth aniversary of this pillar of journalistic integrity that I call my blog.
It was nigh onto five year ago that I sat at my computer, pondering, and typed in the word "blog", onnacounta I had no idea what one was and had been hearing the word alot.
Since I am a Google Boy (not a Yahoo Boy) I found Blogger and the rest, as they say, is history.
I started my blog having never seen another one, so I just did as I pleased and had The Big Phfun. There were days when I posted ten or twelve times. I became hooked.
The picture of me and my kids above is the first thing I ever posted, and you can see it and much more when you click on my archive drop-down box on the sidebar and go all the way to the bottom and see the Real McCoy.
Go there now, I will wait...

Wasn't that phfacinating? In five years I have posted 3,895 posts. I have changed the name of my blog three times. I am as excited today to put up a post as I was the very first time.
Five years.

I think back now on the experimental stages, and how I (with my extensive knowledge of computer-speak) helped Phfrankeee hone his blog to his precise specifications.

I think you brought me in to being. No no not in the sick you slept with our Mother kind of way. In the you were the first of us to blog and there by I in turn followed. Now that doesn't make me a sheep or anything. Just someone who agrees that this is a way cool way to keep in touch with friends and family AND to make new friends. iN A LOT OF WAYS BLOGGER BEATS FACEBOOK.
