I JUST inherited the Father of all pressure cookers, for canning. I think I'll name him Beastly. Mom gifted me some canning "How To" books, last year. I guess this is the direction I'm going. Seems like phfun!
BTW...just a question from Curious Chris' wife...Why do we call in "canning", when we "put them up" in jars?, huh?!!
