I think it is awesome. I love love seeing pictures like this. I am awe struck when people I actually know grow stuff, have farming critters like chickens. I just love it!
Ron and I were just discussing this last night. He wondered if you put them in the cement mixer with a handful of rocks to remove the outter husks as part of the cleaning process.
I forgot.
I remembered his helping you make those racks - which he forgot.
