As it turns out, at 5:23 PM of an October evening I was finally able to achieve what this bench was designed to do: glint.
Sure, up until now I have been able to see the sky reflected in the embedded mirrors on the back, but it was full sun reflection that I always wanted.
Turns out, ya gotta wait.
Wait for the perfect triangulation, and then catch it, on accounta the glinting only lasts for a few seconds.
I just happened to catch it as I stood to holler at Tim Lincecum for walking yet another batter.
Timing, my friends....timing.
