~Speaking Of Boats...

The world lost a magnificent treasure when the HMS Bounty sank yesterday.

Then I ran across this today: the launch of the 250 foot yacht Venus, that Steve Jobs commissioned and helped design in the last year of his life.

His widow Lauren followed through with the project.

I can't help but think there's a message in here somewhere.

Yes, sailing ships similar to the Bounty were built by men for wealthy businessmen to increase their wealth and supply the common man with goods from around the world.
That thing was built by men to increase the bragging rights of a wealthy man.

You know it has a walk in hot dog freezer? It is beautiful and perfect. There is a pool of stew on that deck with a bourbon fountain. The last known cigarette tree is encased in aluminum and gorilla glass.

When I read wReggies last comment I was dubious about his claims. However after several hours of research I found out that not only were wReggies comments correct but it also has, every one hundred and fifty feet, on every deck, coinless vending machines full of frosty BUSHETTI'S and cool Cuban cigars AND! the galley has a wood fired pizza oven run by some guy named Moe.
