Why Italian Dry Salami is the King of the Cured Meats:


Because of the half-sometimes-whole black peppercorns that are embedded throughout.

Its shape is such that, if needed, a whole dry salami could be used in lieu of a baseball bat.

A MAN, really knows that his wife REALLY LOOOOOOVES him, when she comes back from the shopping adventure with a two foot long stick of Italian Dry.

When Temera does that for me I get down on my knees and weep for joy.
