One of the many Hindu Gods surpassed in importance only my Kali and Krishna. Known affectionately by his followers as "the eye of the diver" and responsible for tides, fish migrations, moon cycles as well as menstrual cycles. You often see his followers at 7-11's, discount gas stations, and bare bones airlines terminals and are identified by their plastic head gear that looks somewhat like a condom or conversely a baseball cap with an accompanying sharpened pencil. Care should be taken in approaching the followers as they often work themselves into trance like frenzies and will often run amok.
