I Have Re-invented Eating.

My newest invention: I call it Reverse Eating.

As you can see, what I have done is filled twelve plastic (dishwasher and micro wave safe, plus BPA free) containers with various foods that we had in the house. The fillings are on the chalkboard. These will rotate. The larger tray on the bottom shelf is for, of course, larger dishes (In this case, skinless grilled teriyaki chicken thighs). I have two of these.

I had three goals when I set on this project:

Eat what I want.

Eat when I want to.

Eat as much or as little as I want.

Oh, but there are side benefits. The cooked food is cooked at one's leisure. There is no big clean-up like after the cooking of an ordinary dinner meal. After eating there is simply the rinsing of one plate and perhaps a fork and knife.
There are no leftovers. You see, the food STARTS OUT in the leftover containers, and is consumed in reverse fashion.

The 1/8" rods I easily bent (pat.pend) and are held in place simply by friction. Easily removable, the rods keep the trays out in front and provide easy access to the otherwise wasted space behind the trays.

The idea is to get away from point-load cooking and eating and going towards "noshing". This is the correct way to eat. Hell....eat ten times a day if you want, a handful at a time. This not only aids in digestion but is also easier on the heart and will result in the loss of weight, which can't be bad.

So, the next time you want some teriyaki chicken with some steamed veggies and maybe some bean salad....voila!

What you want.

When you want it.

However much you want.

(This method of eating is designed for day to day. Full-blown feasting will occur on the advent of any visitors!)

Not "dinners", wReggie. Various components of a meal. Mix 'n' Match.

Where do you keep the steak?

Ken:
At the store. Buy one. Cook it. Eat it.

I want to understand...I really do.

I know the steak is not important but has all this got to do with the reduction of your man breasts that you mentioned earlier?
