OK I'm a duh head here. Are you pumping the water from your side over to the river side or are you irrigating your side from the river side? Nice pictures but I need details. Of course I will see for myself in 4 months :)

Ya, explain things better, will ya, huh?I think the water looked pretty just where it was, I would of put a bench and maybe a footstool for pleasant afternoon reading.
I dint know it was broke.
The standing water will bring the dreaded mosquito Mic and along with it disease...bad mosquito sit :)

Seriously I didn't know about this levee until I visited. Beautiful country.How did you avoid Dick Chaney blowing up your levee like in New Orleans?
